Licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF)

 

Our childcare program is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families.  The purpose of the program is to ensure a healthy and safe environment for the children in child care settings and to improve the quality of their care through regulation and consultation. The department ensures that licensing requirements are met through on-going inspections of child care facilities, thus preventing the continued operation of substandard child care programs. A licensing counselor will visit our center at least two times each year.  It is important that each staff is knowledgeable of the DCF requirements to assist the center to achieve and maintain 100% DCF compliance.  The Health Inspector and Fire Inspector also conduct regularly inspections.
